Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SGM SpeedO cab booking services, owned and operated by Sant Gajanan Maharaj Education Group, Mahagaon, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid mobile number to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking rides
• Treat drivers with respect and maintain professional conduct
• Follow all local laws and regulations during travel
• Ensure safety by wearing seatbelts and following driver instructions
• Not engage in illegal activities during rides

Booking and Service Usage

Our cab booking services are provided through our mobile application. Users agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate transportation needs
• Not share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time

Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability across India, services may be limited in certain areas or during extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Fare and Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Users agree that:

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surge pricing
• Payment must be made through approved Razorpay payment methods
• Final fare may differ from estimated fare due to traffic, route changes, or waiting time
• Tolls, parking fees, and other applicable charges will be added to the final fare

Booking and Cancellation Rules

Users may cancel bookings with the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup: No charges
• Cancellations made 1-2 hours before pickup: 50% of estimated fare
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup: Full estimated fare
• Driver cancellations: No charges to the user

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fare amount in case of service issues. SGM SpeedO is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings during rides
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party service disruptions

Modification of Terms

SGM SpeedO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mahagaon, India.
